Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

In case IVRSolutions cannot provide the services offered or supply the products, 100% refund shall be made subject to deduction of actual bank charges and remittance fee


REFUND TIME

The time limit for making a return and requesting a refund is 15 days. After approval refund can take upto 7 days to reflect on your bank account


REFUND AMOUNT

a. If cancellation happens immediately after placing the order or after completion of Stage 1, of 25% of the total cost will be will be refunded to the user and 75% will be retained as advisory service charges.

b. If cancellation happens after providing the services in Stage 2, 25% of IVRSolutions Service fee will be refunded.


B.  Other Corporate Services
In case of cancellation of order after payment by a user, IVRSolutions will refund the amount to the user after assessing the stage of completion of each category of services subject to deduction of administrative costs and actual payment by IVRSolutions.


C.  Corporate Stationeries
In case of cancellation of order after payment by a user, IVRSolutions will refund the amount to the user after assessing the stage of completion of preparation of each order. In case the stationery has been dispatched to the user, no amount will be refunded.

 

OTHER CONDITIONS:

a.  The amount will be refunded through the same form how IVRSolutions receives the payment.

b.  The amount received in one form will not be refunded in a different form. (For e.g., the amount received through credit card payment will be refunded only by remittance to the same credit card.)

c.  IVRSolutions reserves the right to reject any order without assigning any reason. In such cases, the amount received by IVRSolutions will be refunded subject to deduction of 10% of the amount received as administration charges.

Changes to Refund Policy

If a material change is made to these policies, we will post this change on our website.
